Ciutat Vella (Katalanca’da ‘’Eski Şehir’’) Barselona şehrinin semtlerinden birisi olup 1. Numaralı Semt olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Katalanca ‘’Eski Şehir’’ anlamına gelen Ciutat Vella şehrin en eski ve tarihi bölgesidir. Semt Akdeniz sahili ile Eixample semti arasında yer almaktadır. Barselona şehrinin merkezi kabul edilmektedir. Bu semtte yer alan Plaça Catalunya meydanı şehrin en popular ve yoğun bölgesidir.
