I was playing Undertale and my health was low so I started fleeing the fights when a monster would attack. I was doing a pacifist run.
Does that count as pacifist?

Is there any reason why the answer from your question yesterday doesn't answer this question? It seems pretty clear to me

Yeah, the only requirement for obtaining a pacifist ending is to have 0 EXP at the end of the game. It doesn't matter how you avoid getting EXP: papyrus sparing you on his own, running from battle, or sparing monsters. As long as you don't gain EXP, you're on track for pacifist.

as i mentioned before in this answer (that Wonder also linked), yes; as long as you gain 0 EXP, you are fine.
