A Irmandade do Anel é un grupo ficticio pertencente ao legendarium do escritor británico J.R.R. Tolkien, que ten unha especial importancia na novela O Señor dos Aneis e dá título ao primeiro dos tres libros, A Irmandade do Anel, publicado en 1954.


Dentro da novela, a Compañía tivo a súa orixe nas decisións adoptadas no Consello de Elrond en outubro do ano 3018 TI, co obxectivo de acompañar ao Portador do Anel Único na súa misión para destruílo e así acabar co Señor Escuro Sauron. Está composta por nove personaxes, os protagonistas principais da obra, que son representantes dos Pobos Libres da Terra Media.
